We have specific low, high and dementia care buildings to ensure our residents are receiving the level of care they need. Registered Nurse 24/7
Our registered nurses are available at the touch of a button should assistance be needed at anytime, 24 hours a day. We have a Head of Care at each of our facilities managing the medical teams ensuring there is always a Clinical and a Registered Nurse nearby for each and every resident. These specialised nurses have years of experience with Aged Care residents and can manage simple health concerns through to complex emergencies. Each resident has a tailored care program that is constantly reviewed by our registered nurses to improve our residents’ health and well being. Our registered nurses have very close relationships with our residents’ families and keep them informed every step of the way.
